AYLI Golden Gate Park Picnic

We’re really excited to welcome you to the 4th Annual AYLI Picnic. This is our way of giving back to the community which has supported us so much over the years. We are very lucky to be granted the privilege of throwing these parties by the Recreation and Parks Department due to our reputation of having well behaved crowds who respect the park and its rules. Please don’t do anything that would put our ability to keep doing this at risk.

There will be a heavy park ranger presence at the party. They can and will ticket/arrest attendees if they witness any illegal behavior or park rule violations. Be conscious of your behavior; you are in public, not in a club.

RULES:
* Pick up all your trash! Respect the park and help us leave it in a better condition than we found it in.
* Smoking is not allowed in Golden Gate Park. At the very least, please don’t leave cigarette butts on the ground.
* Absolutely NO peeing in the bushes! This is against the law, and damages the park.
* Beer and wine OK, but no hard liquor.
* Grills will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, but you must bring your own supplies and pack them out
with you.
* Parking is limited, carpooling or public transit is advised. There will be park rangers monitoring for illegally parked vehicles.

DIRECTIONS:
TRANSIT: Take the N Judah to 25th Avenue & Judah, then walk North 2 blocks into the park. Continue on 25th Avenue into the park and turn left on MLK Drive. Elk Glen Meadow is on your right.
DRIVING: Take all routes to 25th Ave and Lincoln Way. Take 25th North into the park, then turn left onto MLK Drive. Elk Glen Meadow is on your right.

After taking last year off, we were eager to bring back our annual AYLI picnic at Golden Gate Park. Over the last four years, AYLI has brought you countless late nights with talent from across the globe. To thank you for your years support, we welcome you back to dance with us under the sun to quality music.
